Returns and Returns Information

  • Contact our assistance service via WhatsApp on +39 3669075335. You can do it quickly by clicking the WhatsApp icon at the bottom right of your screen.
  • The refund or exchange of the product may be subject to confirmation of the defect by customer service;
  • After authorization for the return/exchange by customer service, prepare the packaging and send the product within 30 days of receipt to the address indicated by the assistance service;
  • Wait for the new shipment or refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or you can provide one in the request email;
  • Assistance cases will be managed by customer service based on the type of problem. For details you can contact us for all your requests from the active chat on the Fleuurs.com website (by clicking the message icon at the bottom right):
  • All return shipments sent without authorization will be returned to the sender with a cost charged to the sender.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase specifically:
- If you paid by card the refund will be made to the same card as the payment;
- If you purchased on delivery (it will not be possible to make a financial refund) but a discount voucher of the same value as the order will be given.
